As a librarian, I want to be around people with questions and a desire to learn. My role
is that of encourager. I want library users to be fearless and determined in pursuing answers. I want to collaborate with each person that walks into the library to give them the best service and something they can use to make their life better. I believe in welcoming each person that comes through the door. Smiling and being gentle are the best tools in my customer service repertoire.
