My name is Christina Magnifico, and this portfolio is a compilation of coursework and professional projects completed while in the School of Library and Information Management at Emporia State University. This portfolio will provide you with an overview of the quality of work you can expect, and the innovative ideas I have been involved with implementing. I have been working in libraries for a decade, and have been lucky enough to see how libraries have adapted to the way information is disseminated and evolved beyond the "brick and mortar" model of service.

 

Currently, I have stepped outside of the library community and work as an Education Support Technologist for the University of Kansas School of Medicine. In this position, I have the opportunity to integrate emerging medical technologies into the School of Medicine curriculum and provide technical support to students and faculty within the KUMC community.
